3. Work only with qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers.
4. Coordinate and schedule all phases of the job.
5. Provide written schedules of the job.
6. Allow only top quality work by all trades.
7. Provide building permits.
8. Pay all appropriate taxes.
9. Maintain insurance for General Liability and Workman’s Compensation coverage.
10. Provide lien releases from all Subcontractors and Suppliers.
11. Maintain a neat and orderly job sight at all times.
12. Provide design and decorating services.
13. Provide a (1) year limited warranty on workmanship.
14. Provide professional management of the job.
